The Wizard of Oz. In four minutes and 20 seconds. Very nice remix here, and it captures the film perfectly, I think. It was my favorite movie as a child, even if I did hide under the kitchen table every time Margaret Hamilton appeared on screen as the Wicked Witch of the West. And I grew up to play the Wicked Witch in a high school production of the play, which, incidentally is rather different from the movie in some interesting ways. For one thing, the jitterbug scene that was cut from the movie is still in, and there’s some really weird dance thing to Funeral March of the Marionettes, which, you may or may not recall, was the theme for Alfred Hitchcock’s television show. Enjoy.
