Scott Walker and the Republicans of Wisconsin are big fat liars

The governor of Wisconsin kept telling us it was about the budget — the state was broke and had to pass his budget bill that included draconian cuts to union rights. But the Democrats stayed out of the state, denying Walker a quorum. So what did the Republicans do? They stripped everything out of the bill that required a quorum and passed it. What was left after they stripped it? Only the union-busting parts, which, of course, had nothing to do with the budget. So, either they’re all fucking liars, or they thought this would be a perfect, school-yard bully thing to do to teach those fucking liberals a lesson for protesting what they wanted to do. Or both. Probably both. Assholes.
