The Friends of the Library will be having a BIG book sale from Thursday, July 16 to Saturday, July 18. The three day sale will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the hallway outside Pack Memorial Library in downtown Asheville. Adult books will be BOGO – buy one, get one – and children’s books will be five for one dollar.

All items in Bookends, the library’s used book store, will also be included in the BOGO sale for the entire month of July. There will be something for everyone, so come by and check us out. Proceeds from the sale will benefit Buncombe County.

Bookends is open during regular library hours and has a wide assortment of items for adults and children. All proceeds benefit the Friends of Buncombe County Libraries.

The “Bargain Basement” book sale selection downstairs at Pack Library will continue to offer budget-minded used books at rock bottom prices. New selections will be added to the store shelves on a regular basis. Come in, shop and help the library at the same time.
